Getting Started with HLS Streaming

What is HLS?

HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) is an adaptive bitrate streaming protocol developed by Apple. It works by breaking video into small HTTP-based file segments.

Testing HLS with Playticon

Simply paste your .m3u8 URL into the player and click Play. Playticon will automatically detect the format and begin streaming.

Common Issues

If your stream doesnt play, ensure CORS headers are properly configured on your server.
